 EMC Sports -CFB Trenton played host to the Canadian Forces 2012 Ontario Region Women's Hockey Championship from Monday through press time on Wednesday this week at RCAF Flyers Arena. Teams from bases at Borden, Kingston, Petawawa and Trenton battled it out to decide which team would represent the province at the national championship from March 3 to 9 at Borden. Seen here, Captain Gillian Parker (number 12) and Private Melanie Tucker miss a golden opportunity against CFB Borden goaltender Julie Isabelle at the opening game of the tournament. In the opening round, CFB Borden won 2 -1 and CFB Petawawa defeated CFB Kingston 10 -0.
