Four dog bites reported by animal control in January

EMC News -Quinte West -A total of 217 calls were taken by Quinte West Animal Control Officer Price Morris for the month of January.

Five dogs and 28 cats were impounded. Two cats were dead on arrival.

Five small dead animals were picked up off the road as were three deer.

Three emergency calls were answered and two call notices were issued. Four leash muzzle orders were also issued.

Four dog bites were reported.
